Shipping policy

All orders are processed Monday- Friday. Orders received before 2pm- Pacific Standard Time will go out to USPS or UPS the same day.  Orders received on the weekends or a holidays will result in the package shipping out the next business day. You will be sent an email when the product/ package ships. It will have tracking information in the email.

Due to staff shortages with USPS and UPS: please note that it might take longer than expected to get your package. This is out of our control. Once it leaves our office, we have the same information you have in the tracking.

Domestic Shipping Rates

Free Shipping: All orders over $100 will benefit from Free Shipping, where we pay the shipping cost. If an order is returned for any reason other than a mistake on the part of Saving Face Skinspa Inc. / The Wendy Way then reshipment will be at the buyers' expense.

Free Shipping (Professional Accounts): All orders over $349 will benefit from Free Shipping, where we pay the shipping cost. If an order is returned for any reason other than a mistake on the part of Saving Face Skinspa Inc. / The Wendy Way then reshipment will be at the buyers' expense. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at wendy@savingfaceskinspa.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

  

Updates: 

Policy Updated to reflect post office price increases/ our change from over $80 for free shipping eligibility to over $100. Also, flat rate price increase. Due to Post Office rate increases. 10/13/2022.
