In an effort to reduce unauthorized persons from obtaining wholesale pricing/ordering ability we require the following to complete the Registration process. (as a professional, I am sure you understand the importance of protecting our industry and ensuring that only licensed persons have the ability to gain access).

Step 1: In order to complete your Registration, please submit the following information.

You can send this information via email or text. You are able to write out the answers or upload images. Either is accepted; whichever is easiest for you.

Business Name
Business License in your state and #
Esthetician State and License #
Insurance - (Liability)- Company and Policy #
Any Acne Certifications you already have completed/obtained. (just the name of the course)

Step 2: Once these have been received your account will be verified; then approved.(usually takes only a couple of hours).

Step 3: Once approved you will get an email from me with a link to create a password. Once you have selected your password then you will have immediate access and ability to order Wholesale products for your business.
